Greatif processes information provided by users in order to manage contact, creator application, campaign operations, and payout workflows.
- Contact form data: name, email, phone number, and message content.
- Creator application data: first name, last name, country, city, address, email, phone number, platform, handle, collaboration preferences, and notes.
- Payout and verification data: national ID or tax number, IBAN, bank name, account details, SWIFT/BIC, and similar transfer details.
- Profile data: avatar, display name, follower count, average views, and social account information used in the application flow.
- Technical data: session cookies, referral cookies, logs, IP address, error records, and security events.
2. Why we process data
- To receive, validate, and review creator applications.
- To manage influencer, artist, brand, and campaign matching workflows.
- To complete payout, accounting, tax, expense receipt, and legal compliance processes.
- To provide support, maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve service quality.
3. TikTok and other social platform connections
If you choose to connect a social media account to Greatif, we may access profile and performance data within the scope permitted by that platform.
When TikTok connection is enabled, Greatif may process data such as username, display name, avatar, bio, profile link, verification status, follower counts, like counts, video counts, and public video information. We use this only for application verification, creator eligibility, campaign operations, and reporting.
4. Who we may share data with
- Hosting, cloud, and technical infrastructure providers.
- Email, notification, and operational service providers.
- Banks, payout partners, and accounting parties when required for finance operations.
- Public authorities when required by law.
- Social platform APIs when a user explicitly chooses to connect an account.
5. Retention and security
We retain data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above and as required by law.
Greatif uses reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access control and log masking, to protect data. However, no internet transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
